Accessibility

Using the Snap Recruitment website

We want candidates, employers and portal users to be able to understand the public journeys and complete their next step with a keyboard, assistive technology or a smaller screen.

Features in the current public journey

  • A skip link moves keyboard focus past the shared navigation to the main page content.
  • Pages use labelled landmarks, headings, lists and form controls to communicate their structure.
  • Primary navigation, calls to action and staffing-form controls use mobile targets that are at least 44 pixels high.
  • Keyboard focus is visible on the skip link, shared navigation, footer links and public information actions.
  • The staffing-request form identifies required and optional fields and connects help text to the relevant controls.
  • Submission outcomes and errors use status or alert semantics.
  • Public layouts reflow into a single column on narrower screens.

Ways to navigate

  • Use the Tab key to move through links, buttons and form fields.
  • Use the skip link as the first keyboard action on a public page to move directly to its main content.
  • Use your browser controls to zoom text and page content.
  • On a smaller screen, open the Menu button to reach Find work and Hire staff.

Accessibility statement

We do not make a formal conformance claim against WCAG or another accessibility standard on this website.
